Careers - PIP & ACE
Rewarding Accomplishment Aéropostale believes that extraordinary performance should be recognized. Partners in Profit Throughout the year, Store Managers earn points for their stores sales performance. At the end of the year, the top 20% of all Store Managers are recognized at our annual Partners in Profit (PIP) conference. All District Managers, Regional Managers, and senior executives of the company attend the meeting. In addition, senior executives choose several corporate employees to attend who have made a significant impact on the business over the past year. PIP not only recognizes outstanding performance but it provides Store Managers with an opportunity to meet and interact with senior executives of the company through fun and informational activities like meetings, fashion shows, and an awards dinner. ACE Twice a year, a group of Assistant Managers is nominated by their District Manager for contributions to their store considered to be "above and beyond" expectations. This meeting is held at the corporate offices in New York City. All Assistant Managers who have completed their required levels of in-store training and have been employed with the company for more than six months are eligible to become ACE winners. ACE is a great opportunity for Assistant Managers to visit our corporate offices, meet and interact with executives of the company and have their excellent performance recognized. |
