HOW TO ORDER
Click the flag at the top of any page and choose your shipping destination and preferred currency. All Aeropostale and P.S. from Aeropostale prices will automatically be converted from USD into your chosen currency.
Shop our site as you normally would. When you proceed to Checkout, your secure transaction will be completed with Borderfree. Borderfree will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency.This will include international prices, all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Borderfree. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges. If for any reason the collection of additional charges are attempted upon delivery, please contact us.
If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported into your destination country selection, Aeropostale and/or Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.
Once your transaction is complete, we will ship your item to the Borderfree shipping hub in the United States. Borderfree then ships your order to its final international destination. It may take 3-5 business days from order placement to receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
You may ship to a specific country but pay with a different country's currency. If you don't see your country listed under Shipping Destination, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.
If you have a U.S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the domestic checkout process.

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S. Your credit card statement will read "BF*AEROPOSTALE" where "BF" denotes the Borderfree network.
Foreign exchange rates are determined by Borderfree and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates are updated on a daily basis. You will receive a message if exchange rates have been updated while you are shopping.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are determined by a combination of factors. These factors include the specific country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the various countries that Borderfree supports.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the service level, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree global checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not facilitate exchanges on international shipments; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email. We will provide you with further instructions to facilitate your return, including the return authorization process, the location to where returns are required to be shipped back, and the amount you will be refunded. If approved, refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you as soon as the items are received and the credits processed by our partner Borderfree. Your refund will be credited in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be received back to our warehouse within 60 days of the delivery date. After the return is received at the Borderfree warehouse, it may take up to 96 hours for the credit to process.
Orders shipped to countries other than the US or Canada cannot be returned to Aeropostale stores. For orders shipped to Canada, click here for Return information.
Orders received to our warehouse without a return authorization are not eligible for credit.
The maximum order value for international shipment is USD $2,500.
Aéropostale and PS4U.com defines a bulk order as any single order containing 25 units or more. Bulk orders are not eligible for promotions or returns. Bulk orders are FINAL SALE.
Gift Cards and Online Gift Certificates cannot be sold or redeemed internationally at this time.
Certain items in our online catalog may be unavailable for international shipping.
Some items, including hazardous materials, furs and exotic leathers, may not be available for international shipment. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped internationally. International customers will be notified to remove restricted items during Checkout.
Gift receipts cannot be given for shipments outside the US and Canada due to customs requirements.
Orders shipped outside the US and Canada are not eligible for price adjustments.
Orders shipped outside the US and Canada are not eligible to earn points in the PS Rewards program.
