Our extended holiday return policy allows for purchases made from October 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 to be returned until the longer of January 31, 2014 or 60 days from date of purchase.

You can purchase up to 25 units of Aéropostale® and P.S. from Aéropostale® merchandise per day. Purchases above 25 units per day by a single customer will not be allowed.
We take pride in our brand and our customers by designing, sourcing, marketing and selling our own merchandise. As a result, we do not authorize the resale of Aéropostale® or P.S. from Aéropostale® merchandise.
- Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Purchases made in one of our US Aéropostale® or P.S. from Aéropostale® stores must be exchanged or returned to a US store.
- Purchases made in one of our Canadian Aéropostale® or P.S. from Aéropostale® stores must be exchanged or returned to a Canadian store.
- Items purchased at an Aéropostale or P.S. from Aéropostale® retail store may not be returned to our online store.
- If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip. Without the original packing slip, you will be issued a gift card (or exchange) for the most recent selling price of the item.
- Gift Cards may be returned to an Aéropostale® or P.S. from Aéropostale® retail store with an accompanying receipt. They cannot be returned to the www.aeropostale.com online store.
- Returns with an original sales receipt will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the items, plus any applicable sales tax. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded with a Merchandise Return Card at the selling price on the gift receipt. Returns without a receipt will be refunded with a Merchandise Return Card in the amount of the current selling price.
- All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
- To receive a one time price adjustment present your original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- You must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged with the price tickets attached.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
- Purchases made using Bill Me Later® or PayPal® as a payment method can be returned to any US location for a merchandise credit or by mail for refund to your account.
- All Bulk Sales, defined as any single order containing 25 units or more, are considered final sales and cannot be refunded.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at 877-289-2376.
- ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS - We cannot process exchanges or returns via the mail. All returns/exchanges must be made in person in one of our U.S. or Canadian stores.
