You can return your online purchase by mail. You will need to pay the shipping costs to return your online purchase. All shipping fees must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Complete instructions to return by mail can be found on the packing slip that came with your order.
Sorry, but exchanges are not available by mail. If you need to exchange an online purchase please return the item purchased for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Returns/exchanges can be made in person in any one of our U.S. stores.
