Joining p.s. rewards:

Q: How do I become a member of p.s. rewards?
A: There are two ways to join p.s. rewards if you have a current, valid email account.
At a store: Visit a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store (see Terms & Conditions for a list of participating locations) and sign up when you make your next purchase. When you join p.s. rewards at the store, you will receive a p.s. rewards membership card. You will also receive an email approximately 72 hours after you join which will confirm your membership and give you instructions on how to complete your p.s. rewards account profile at ps4urewards.com.
Online: Go to ps4urewards.com, click on the join today button and complete your profile set up. You will receive your p.s. rewards membership number via email.

Q: Does it cost anything to become a p.s. rewards member?
A: No - Membership is free!

Q: Who can join p.s. rewards?
A: Individual residents of the United States, who are at least 13 years of age and have a current, valid email account, are eligible to join.

Q: Can I join the p.s. rewards program in the store if I have not made a purchase?
A: No, a qualifying purchase is necessary to become a member of p.s. rewards if you join at a participating p.s. from Aéropostale store. However, no purchase is necessary to become a member of p.s. rewards when you join online at ps4urewards.com.

Q: Can I join the p.s. rewards program online if I have not made a purchase?
A: Yes, you can join the p.s. rewards program online without making a purchase. Go to ps4urewards.com and click on the join today button and set up your profile and sign up. When you sign up online, you will not receive a physical card because you do not need one to shop online. To earn points for purchases online, simply enter the e-mail address you used to join with your billing information during checkout. We will recognize you as a member with your e-mail address and the points for your order will be added to your account 72 hours after your order has shipped.

Q: Can I still sign up for the program and get my points if I just placed an online order today?
A: Yes, we recognize you as a member with your e-mail address when you check out online, and the points for your order will be added to your account 72 hours after your order has shipped. Therefore, as long as you join the program before your order is shipped, you will earn points for the order once it ships. To join the program just click "home" and then "join today" to sign up with the same e-mail address you use for shopping online.

Already joined but have a question:

Q: I signed up for the program in a store, how can I log in to my account?
A: 72 hours after you sign up in a store, your membership is active and you will be able to access your account online! Just click on "home" to put in the e-mail address you used to sign up in the store and click "password help" ? we'll send a temporary password to you via e-mail so you can log in to your account. Once you've logged in, you can put in your kid's birthdays and change your password under the "profile" menu. Be sure to check in your Spam folder for the e-mail if you haven't received it, or contact us at psrewards@aeropostale.com for a password.

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn one point for every $1 USD you spend on qualifying purchases when you use your p.s. rewards membership at participating P.S. from Aéropostale Store or use the e-mail address on your account during checkout at ps4u.com. The following items do not qualify for p.s. rewards points: gift cards, gift certificates, gift wrap, sales tax, and shipping and handling charges. Bulk purchases (a purchase of 25 or more items) also do not qualify.

Q: Can I have more than one p.s. rewards membership number?
A: No, if you use the same email address for more than one account, they will automatically merge. If you have two accounts with different e-mail addresses, we can merge them for you if you contact us at psrewards@aeropostale.com

Q: What do I do if I lost my card?
A: You can still receive points for your purchases at the store if you provide the e-mail address on your account during checkout. If you would like a new card or if you signed up online and would like to get a physical card, you can get a new one in the store. Simply sign up with the same preferred email address used to sign up initially and the new card will automatically merge to your account and replace your old account in the system. You will need to wait 72 hours to see the new points earned show up in your existing account.

Questions about points:

Q: Can I get points for a purchase I made before I signed up for the Rewards program?
A: While we are happy that you've joined, please understand that your membership does not begin until you sign up! Therefore points are only awarded for purchases you make as a member after you've joined. We cannot go back and add points from previous purchases to your account.

Q: How do I see how many points or Rewards I have?
A: For every $75 you spend you will receive a $5 Reward Certificate. You can view your transactions under the "activity" menu. Your current point balance is the amount you've spent towards receiving your next reward. Therefore once your current point balance is 75.00 points you will have reached the threshold for a $5 Reward Certificate. It will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours and also then be available for you to print under the "rewards" menu.

Q: If I forget to bring my card to the store can I still earn points?
A: Yes! Just be sure to let the cashier know you're a member and we will scan our store card (1111111111) and enter your e-mail address associated with your account so you still get your points. Same as all transactions, please allow 72 hours for the purchase to appear under your "activity" on ps4urewards.com

Q: What should I do if I make a purchase at a P.S. from Aéropostale store or at ps4u.com and do not think I received any points for it?
A: To check your purchase history and points balance you can go to ps4urewards.com and login to your account at anytime. It can take up to 72 hours for your account information to update after a purchase in the store or from the date of shipment of your online order. You will only receive points for purchases on p.s. merchandise at participating P.S. from Aéropostale stores or on ps4u.com. If you made a purchase and do not see your points after 72 hours, please contact p.s. rewards customer service with your e-mail address, card number, and a copy of your receipt or your packing slip:

Questions about Reward Certificates:

Q: How do I use my Reward Certificates?
A: You may use more than one Reward Certificate on a purchase. Your Reward Certificate is a form of payment and will be used towards your total after all others discounts or coupons have been applied.

to redeem in the store:
Option #1 ? print out your Reward Certificate attachment from the e-mail notification you received or from the "rewards" menu on ps4urewards.com to give to the cashier during checkout
Option #2 ? if you're able to open up the attachment from the e-mail notification you received on your phone or tablet, you can present the Reward Certificate on your device to the cashier at the store to redeem it (just please sure that your pop up blocker is disabled so we can see it!)

to redeem online:
Since the Reward Certificate is a form of payment and not a promotional code, please proceed through checkout to the Payment page (also the third page) during the online checkout process. You will be able to enter your Reward Certificate number and Pin number at this time. Please enter both numbers without spaces and click "apply"

Q: What do I do if I can't access my Reward Certificate or lose my Reward Certificate?
A: Your Reward Certificate will be sent to you via email 24 hours after reaching the $75 purchase threshold and/or 24 hours after you've logged in to your account on ps4urewards.com for the first time to complete your enrollment. The Reward Certificate itself will be an attachment to the initial e-mail message you receive notifying you that you've earned it! If you have not received your Reward Certificate e-mail, please check in your Spam Folder and then be sure to add us to your address book.

Or, if you've misplaced the email, your Reward Certificate is also available to you on your account, simply click on "rewards" and then scroll down and click "re-print" as long as your Reward is still valid. It will open in a new window, so you may need to temporarily disable any pop-up blockers you may have on your device or computer. If you need assistance with accessing a lost Reward Certificate just send an e-mail to our team at psrewards@aeropostale.com

Q: Will my p.s. reward points ever expire or go away?
A: No, your p.s. rewards points have no expiration date and will continue to carry over until you reach the 75 point threshold. Once you reach 75 points, you will receive a $5 rewards certificate and your account balance will be reduced by 75 points.

Q: Will my p.s. rewards certificate ever expire?
A: Yes, your rewards certificate will expire within forty-five (45) days from the date it is issued.

Q: Can I delay the receipt of my $5 rewards certificate to another time?
A: No. The distribution of a rewards certificate is automatic. Once you have reached the 75 point threshold, you will automatically be sent a $5 rewards certificate.

Q: What can I purchase with my p.s. rewards certificates?
A: The rewards certificate is valid for use on qualifying purchases prior to its expiration at any participating P.S. from Aéropostale store or at www.ps4u.com. Rewards certificates are not redeemable on purchases of gift cards, gift certificates or gift wrap. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the rewards certificate, the remaining balance on the certificate will be available for use until the expiration date is reached. Rewards certificates may be combined with other coupon offers.

Q: How do I receive the Birthday Reward?
A: For each month that you have a child with a birthday on your account, you will receive a Happy Birthday e-mail at the beginning of the month! You may enter your children's birthdays under "profile". If you are local to a P.S. store, you can print the Happy Birthday e-mail and bring it in with your child for a free gift and 20% off your purchase. If you are not local to a P.S. store, you can use the promo code on the Happy Birthday e-mail for 20% off an online order as an alternative. If you have not received the Happy Birthday e-mail please check in your Spam Folder!
