A: No. The distribution of a rewards certificate is automatic. Once you have reached the 75 point threshold, you will automatically be sent a $5 rewards certificate.
Q: What if I make a return or request a price adjustment on a purchase?
A: If you return merchandise or request a price adjustment on a purchase, the points earned for the merchandise being returned or adjusted will be deducted from your p.s. rewards account. If the return is being made after a $5 reward certificate has been sent out the points will be deducted from your current points balance. If your current points balance is less than the number of points being deducted for the return, the account will show a negative point balance until more points are earned through additional purchases.

A: You do not need your physical p.s. rewards membership card to redeem the rewards certificate.
