PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By joining the P.S. from Aéropostale Rewards Loyalty Program ("P.S. Rewards") you agree to the following terms and conditions:
P.S. Rewards is sponsored by P.S. from Aéropostale, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, alter, modify or terminate P.S. Rewards at any time.
Membership in P.S. Rewards is limited to individual residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age and have a current, valid email account. By becoming a P.S. Rewards member ("you"), you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these terms and conditions which may be amended by Sponsor from time to time. No purchase is necessary to become a member of P.S. Rewards when you enroll online at ps4urewards.com. A qualifying purchase is necessary to become a member of P.S. Rewards if you enroll at a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store. Your P.S. Rewards membership is non-transferable and subject to these terms and conditions, and any other terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by Sponsor. Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. Employees of Sponsor, or its parent company, Aéropostale, Inc., are not eligible for membership. P.S. Rewards membership is valid only at participating P.S. from Aéropostale stores and at ps4u.com. The following P.S. from Aéropostale stores are excluded from P.S. Rewards: The Shops at Las Americas, Rio Grande Premium Outlet, Plaza Bonita and all Aéropostale outlet stores where P.S. from Aéropostale merchandise is sold.
HOW TO JOIN
There are two ways to join P.S. Rewards if you have a current, valid email account. In Store: Visit a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store and give the sales associate your email address. When you join P.S. Rewards at the store, you will receive a P.S. Rewards membership card. You will also receive an email approximately 72 hours after you join which will confirm your membership and give you instructions on how to complete your P.S. Rewards account profile at ps4urewards.com. Online: Go to ps4urewards.com, click on the Sign-Up link and complete your account profile. You will receive your P.S. Rewards membership number on a "virtual card" via email. You may print a copy of your "virtual card" at any time and use it to shop at participating P.S. from Aéropostale stores or at ps4u.com. If you join online, you will not receive a physical membership card. If you would like a physical card, you can visit a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store and sign up for a new P.S. Rewards account. Your old account information will automatically merge with the new account number. Your membership is immediately activated when you join and agree to these terms and conditions.
You will earn one (1) point for every $1 USD you spend on qualifying purchases when you use your P.S Rewards membership card or the email address you used to join P.S. Rewards at a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store or at ps4u.com. Points will post to your P.S. Rewards account approximately 72 hours after you make a purchase in store or from the date of shipment for your online order. You can also earn points through special offers and promotions offered by Sponsor from time to time. Qualifying purchases include P.S. from Aéropostale regular and sale priced merchandise, but exclude purchases of gift cards, gift certificates or gift wrap. Taxes and shipping and handling charges are also excluded when calculating points. You will earn points on the qualifying purchase subtotal, after all discounts have been applied but before applicable taxes, shipping, handling or gift wrap charges. Returned merchandise, refunds or other adjustments are not eligible for points. When products are returned or exchanged, points will be deducted from your P.S. Rewards account for the amount of return net of taxes, shipping and handling (please note that you may have a negative point balance if the dollar amount returned is greater than your current P.S Rewards point account balance). Bulk purchases are not eligible for P.S. Rewards points. For the purposes of P.S. Rewards, a bulk purchase is the purchase of 25 or more items in a 24-hour period ("Bulk Purchase"). Points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to becoming a P.S. Rewards member. Points may be earned on purchases when P.S. Rewards Certificates (defined below) are redeemed. Only one P.S. Rewards account may be used in connection with a qualifying purchase. Points will only be credited to one P.S. Rewards account per qualifying purchase even if you have more than one P.S. Rewards account. If you have more than one P.S. Rewards account, contact P.S. Rewards customer service at 1.877.289.2376 or email email@example.com to merge your accounts.
P.S. REWARDS BENEFITS
For every 75 points you earn in P.S. Rewards, you will receive a rewards certificate ("Rewards Certificate") redeemable for a $5 USD discount off a future purchase of any qualifying merchandise at participating P.S. from Aéropostale stores or at ps4u.com. Rewards Certificates will be issued in multiples of $5 USD for every 75 points you earn; and 75 points will be automatically deducted from your P.S. Rewards account each time a Rewards Certificate is issued to you. Rewards Certificates will be issued via email to the email address you used to join P.S. Rewards. Members can also go to ps4urewards.com to print their current Rewards Certificates. Rewards Certificates will automatically be issued approximately 72 hours after you make a purchase that reaches the 75 point threshold. Any remaining unused points will carry over to be used toward future Rewards Certificates.
As a P.S. Rewards member, you are eligible to receive a special birthday gift for your children ages 4-12 ("Birthday Reward"). In order to receive the Birthday Reward, sign-in to your P.S. Rewards account at ps4urewards.com and add your child's first name, gender and birthday. You may add up to five (5) children to your P.S. Rewards account. The Birthday Reward will only be issued via email to the email address you used to join P.S. Rewards. Approximately one week prior to the month of each child's birthday entered, a Birthday Reward will be issued to you. Only one Birthday Reward per child per household will be issued.
P.S. Rewards members may also be eligible for other special offers or promotions that may be offered by Sponsor from time to time, in its sole discretion. P.S. Rewards points, Rewards Certificates, Birthday Rewards and other offers may be subject to tax liability. Any such tax liability is the responsibility of the P.S. Rewards member.
REDEEMING REWARDS CERTIFICATES AND BIRTHDAY GIFT OFFERS
You must make a purchase to redeem a Rewards Certificate. Rewards Certificates may be redeemed at a participating P.S. from Aéropostale store or at ps4u.com. To redeem in store, present the Rewards Certificate to the sales associate when making a purchase. You must have a printed copy of the Rewards Certificate or show the sales associate the Rewards Certificate number on your mobile device to redeem the reward. If you do not have your Rewards Certificate number with you, you can not use the Rewards Certificate against the current purchase. To redeem the Rewards Certificate at ps4u.com, enter the Rewards Certificate number and PIN number in the Rewards Certificate field at the ps4u.com checkout page. Multiple Rewards Certificates may be used on a single qualifying purchase at any participating P.S. from Aéropostale store or at ps4u.com. Rewards Certificates are not redeemable on purchases of gift cards, gift certificates or gift wrap. The value of the Rewards Certificate will be applied to the qualifying purchase subtotal, after all discounts have been applied but before applicable taxes, shipping, handling or gift wrap charges. Each Rewards Certificate will expire within forty-five (45) days from the date it is issued. If the value of the purchase is less than the Rewards Certificate, the remaining amount of the Rewards Certificate will remain until the 45-day expiration date is reached. Rewards Certificates may only be redeemed by the P.S. Rewards member to whom the Rewards Certificate was issued. Rewards Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Rewards Certificates cannot be applied to previous purchases. Reward Certificates cannot be applied to Bulk Purchases. Transactions involving redeeming a Rewards Certificate are not eligible for price adjustments. Rewards Certificates may be used in conjunction with most P.S. from Aéropostale discounts or coupons, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
Birthday Rewards are redeemable in participating P.S. from Aéropostale stores only. To redeem the Birthday Reward, present a printed copy of the Birthday Reward coupon to a sales associate, no purchase necessary. The Birthday Reward selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Birthday Reward may not be returned or exchanged, and may not be redeemed for cash. Each Birthday Reward will expire at the end of the birthday month. For example, if a child's birthday is in July, the Birthday Reward will be distributed at the end of June and is valid only during the month of July.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any program, including, without limitation, P.S. Rewards, at any time. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate your P.S. Rewards membership, and void any points in your account, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that you violated any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, earned points via deception, forgery, fraud, or committed any other abuse of P.S. Rewards. Multiple accounts corresponding to the same email address may be subject to termination without notice and forfeiture of points.
If you do not make any qualifying purchases with your P.S. Rewards account for a period of more than twelve (12) months, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel your account on or after the last day of your last purchase. If your account is cancelled, any points which remain in your account will be forfeited.
You may cancel your P.S. Rewards account at any time by contacting P.S. Rewards customer service. If your cancel your account, any points which remain in your account will be forfeited.

By joining P.S. Rewards and becoming a member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Sponsor. You may opt out of receiving these promotional emails by clicking on the opt-out button on the bottom of the email and following the instructions. You will still receive emails about your P.S. Rewards account including accumulated points, Reward Certificates, Birthday Rewards and other eligible account offers. If you wish to stop all emails from P.S. Rewards, you must cancel your P.S. Rewards account.
Lost, stolen or destroyed membership cards, Rewards Certificates or Birthday Rewards will not be replaced. You are solely responsible for maintaining the email account you used to join P.S. Rewards. Sponsor is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Rewards Certificates, Birthday Rewards or other offers, due to a change of your email address or other changes your contact information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the administration or the operation P.S. Rewards or ps4urewards.com. In all matters relating to the administration of P.S. Rewards, the decisions of Sponsor shall be final. Sponsor shall not be liable for any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, resulting from P.S. Rewards. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SPONSOR, ITS PARENT OR ANY OF SPONSOR'S SERVICE PROVIDERS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM P.S. REWARDS, EVEN IF SPONSOR, ITS PARENT OR ANY OF SPONSOR'S SERVICE PROVIDERS OR AFFILIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BY PARTICIPATING IN P.S. REWARDS, YOU HEREBY RELEASE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT OR ANY OF SPONSOR'S SERVICE PROVIDERS OR AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND OTHER EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY'S FEES) RELATING TO YOUR P.S. REWARDS MEMBERSHIP, USE OF REWARDS CERTIFICATES, BIRTHDAY REWARDS OR OTHER OFFERS, AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any cause of action arising under or relating to P.S. Rewards shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in New York, NY. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Sponsor pertaining to your P.S. Rewards membership. No waiver of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
