Maybe I bought a pair one size too big because it was baggy around my legs and butt. But the waist size was decent, maybe a little loose. I am a skinny dude and usually wear hot topic skinny/straight leg jeans, so if you are a guy who needs pants that fit snug and you are skinny then these pants are not for you. An athletic guy with muscles might think these are fine though. :)
