I am 5'7" and 120 lbs I usually wear a 2-4 long in any other store so I ordered the 3 long and when they arrived I was very excited and after a few washes they fit perfectly seeing as how they were a little baggy when I first put them on. I'm a waitress so pants that fit appropiatly are important. But after about a month they began shrinking up to my ankles so I unhemmed them and that fixed the problem. But I'm now 5 months in and I'm finding new holes all over the pants in random areas. It could be from bleach they use to clean the floors at work but I don't see that hopping up to my thigh. I have two other pair of khaki work pants with bleach stains and there are no holes. Overall I was happy with the pants but after spending what I did on them and seeing how they've fallen apart (can't even wear them to work now) I'm not entirely pleased. Three stars for the 5 months I got out of them though. But I will not buy again unless its a great sale and I'm desperate for work pants.

These are great for Work pants/Casual dress. I wear a belt, because of the spandex in the waist. I don't dry because of shrinkage in the length. The back pockets are sewn shut! WHY? Although sold as "uniform" pants, and I need "uniform" pants for WORK, these are discontinued at the end of the SCHOOL year, and I could no longer get black. Just a few navy and only one color of the khaki were available for purchase in late April. ($15 great price!) It would be customer-friendly to ALWAYS have these in stock at least ONLINE. I had Fantastic Customer Return service, as 1 pair of online pants were packed incorrectly, and I received a new pair in about 2 days! Also customer-friendly would be to link your stores to the online experience as a team. Customer Service IN STORE was Excellent as well!

I use these pants for school and I wear them almost everyday. They are very comfortable and soft, but over a few months after wearing them, the inseam close to the crotch of the pants starts to tear. I usually get these pants in a 9/10 and when I wash them, sometimes they are smaller than usual or normal again. I don't like that the pockets are so shallow and that the back pockets are fake. Other than that, these pants are EXTREMELY comfortable!!
