Employee W-2 Information
We will be mailing the Aeropostale, Inc. and the Jimmy'Z W-2's on January 29, 2010 to the address in our system. If your home address has changed, and you have supplied the Post Office with forwarding information, the W-2 will be forwarded to your new address.
A copy of your W-2 is available as of January 31st via an affiliated website. Please read this carefully, as it provides the instructions you will need:

After completing the registration process, you will be able to access and print copies of your W-2 as well as download the information to certain tax preparation software. At any time you can access help by clicking on the Help? It is the Icon at the top of the screen.
Each time you log in, you will be given three attempts to enter your user name and password correctly after which you will be denied access and your user id disabled. If you cannot remember your user id or password, click on Forgot Login Information and you will be guided as to how to receive the information via email. If it becomes necessary to re-enable your user id, please use the number provided below to inform the payroll department. You will receive an email to the account provided during registration with a temporary password to log in.
If you are still unable to retrieve your W-2 information, and have not received your original W-2 via mail, you can leave a message for the payroll department on our W-2 Hotline (877-674-0445 ext. 5402) or email Payroll@Aeropostale.com and a copy can be sent to you via email or the US Postal Service.
