Guaranteed Delivery Terms
  • If delivery is not made on or before December 24, 2017 as provided for in this offer, then you can keep the applicable item (s) and we will credit your account in an amount equal to the price of the applicable item (s) ordered which was not delivered in accordance with this offer.
  • If you order more than one (1) item for which "Guaranteed Delivery" status is indicated, the credit will be given for each item for which this guarantee applies.
  • To qualify for the credit to your account, you must call our customer service department on or by 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on December 28, 2017.
  • Orders must be received and clear credit authorization before 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 for Economy and Standard Ground Delivery; before 9:59 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 for Two Day Delivery, and before 9:59 AM, Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, December 21, 2017 for One Day Delivery.
  • Only applies to items for which "In stock" and “Guaranteed Delivery” statuses are indicated. Applicable items will include the Guaranteed Delivery status next to the image or the item on the product detail pages.
  • Does not apply to Fragrance products.
  • Does not apply unless the required delivery method is selected at the time of checkout. The additional cost for such delivery is the customer's responsibility.
  • Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
  • Attempted delivery on or before December 24, 2017 will be deemed to satisfy this offer. Not responsible if recipient is unavailable to receive delivery.
  • Not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier, acts of war, terrorism, acts of nature or other events beyond our control
  • Does not apply to backordered or cancelled orders due to out-of-stock merchandise.
