How do I know if an item can be picked up in a store?
  • While on the product page, select the "Pick Up In-Store" option and search by your address or zip code. If the "Select Store" option is available next to the listed store you will be able to pick it up in that store.
How will I know when I can pick up my order?
  • You will receive an email once your purchase is ready at the store.Order by 5pm and pickup today.
When will I be charged for my order?
  • Your purchase will be charged once the store has confirmed that your order is ready and waiting for you to pick up. Please note that once you place your order, you will see an authorization hold on your credit card. This will be removed once your order is ready for pick up.
What do I need to pick up my Order?
  • Please bring a copy of your “Ready for Pick Up” email confirmation.
Can I have someone else pick up my order?
  • Yes. The person who picks up the order will need to have a copy of the “Ready for Pick Up” email confirmation.
Can I have some of my order shipped and some to be picked up in-store?
  • When you are making your product selections, you will need to choose one option. You will need to create separate orders if you have items that you want shipped to you and other items that you would like to pick up in store.
Where in the store can I pick up my order?
  • Your order can be picked up at the register area. Please be sure to have your “Ready for Pick Up” email available.
How long will you hold my order?
  • You have 7 days from the time you receive the confirmation email to pick up your order.
What if I change my mind about what I ordered?
  • If you have not gone to the store yet, please give us a call (877-289-2376) to assist you. If you change your mind while you are in the store, one of our associates will be glad to help you. Please keep in mind that once you receive your ready for pick up email, your form of payment has been charged. Any adjustments or cancellations after that will result in a credit back to you. This credit may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account, depending on your financial institution.
What if my order is not what I expected, or doesn't fit?
  • If your order does not work out, you can bring it back to the store for a refund within 60 days from when you received your “Ready for Pickup” email. See our Purchase and Return policy for additional details.
If the price I paid online is different than the price in the store, can I get a price adjustment?
  • Of course! Just let the store associate know, and they will be happy to assist you with honoring the lower price.
