HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

  • Our extended holiday return policy allows for purchases made from October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 to be returned until the longer of January 31, 2019 or 60 days from date of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 877-289-2376. Please supply the representative with:

www.aeropostale.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
