In-Store Price Match Policy
In our Aéropostale stores, we will match our aeropostale.com website prices if the same item is currently being sold at a lower price online.
The following limitations apply:
- Price match must be requested prior to in-store purchases.
- Item must be the same item and size type (Petite, Tall, Plus, etc.), with the identical item code;
- Item must be in-stock on our aeropostale.com website at the time of the request;
- Coupons, dollar-off and/or percentage-off promotions cannot be applied to a price-matched product.
- Customer must present the price on their mobile device as displayed on aeropostale.com;
- Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to limit price matching quantities to one-per-customer, per item, per day.
We will not match:
- Prices advertised by competitors;
- Online prices resulting from errors;
- Prices on any item already purchased.
- Online discounts requiring a promotional code or coupon code.
- Order-level promotions;
- Prices advertised by Aéropostale during the week of Thanksgiving and the week after will not be matched;
- Online pricing where specifically mentioned as "Online Only";
- Online Clearance items;
The store manager at Aéropostale has the final authority on any decision related to the Price Match Policy. Aéropostale reserves the right to limit quantities and to otherwise exercise discretion in the application of our Price Match Policy. Aéropostale reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Price Match Policy at any time, without prior notice.
