1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Aéropostale Rewards Access Sweepstake (the “Promotion”) for early access to the Rewards Access Program begins on May 4, 2026, at 12:00 am Central Time and ends on June 14, 2026, at 11:59 pm Central Time (the “Promotion Period”).
2. SPONSOR
The sponsor of the Promotion is SPARC Group LLC, New York, NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at time of entry, except employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, sign up for the Rewards Access Program via Aéropostale and create an account with your name, email address, and telephone number to receive one (1) entry for the prize random drawing. Enrollment in the Rewards Program is free and does not require a purchase. Limit one entry per person; duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these official rules.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER
At the end of the Promotion Period, on or about July 16, 2026, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within three (3) days after the prize drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Aéropostale Gift Card. No cash in lieu of prize will be awarded. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Restrictions on the use of the gift card apply. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and certify that they have complied with these official rules and satisfy all of the eligibility requirements listed above. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the prize winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. The prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within seven (7) days of the prize notification date, before the prize will be awarded. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use, including all federal, state, and local taxes (if any), are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all losses or injuries of any kind related to or resulting from the Promotion, including, but not limited to, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in the Promotion. The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York. Each entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal or state court in New York County, New York. This Promotion is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and is void where prohibited.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected will be used for the prize drawing and to notify winners. Information collected may be used to contact entrant about future Aéropostale sales, special offers, and promotions, unless entrant has opted not to receive promotional communications. No information will be sold. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the Aéropostale Terms of Use and Rewards Access Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge the Aéropostale Privacy Policy.
9. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The name of the prize winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope for arrival after July 27, 2026 and before July 27, 2027 to: SPARC Group LLC, Attn: Marketing Dept., 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
